Herne Farm Leisure Centre
Overall Health of the Organisation’s Estate
Herne Farm Leisure Centre currently has a healthy estate with no open issue reports and no outstanding tasks across its owned asset, a new tree. This indicates that the organisation is effectively managing its responsibilities and resolving any issues that arise promptly.
Progress on Closing Open Issue Reports
There are no open issue reports, and no issues have been resolved in the last 30 days. This suggests that while the organisation is maintaining a clean slate, there may be a lack of engagement or issues that need addressing, which could prevent the accumulation of unresolved problems in the future.
State of the Volunteer Base
The volunteer base appears to be quite thin, with no distinct volunteers active in the last 30 days. The organisation has only one adopter responsible for the new tree, and it has a minimal following of just two individuals across its owned things. This lack of engagement may hinder the organisation’s ability to sustain its asset and foster community involvement.
Suggestions
- Actively recruit volunteers to engage the community and increase participation in caring for the tree.
- Consider implementing outreach strategies to raise awareness and attract more followers and adopters for the organisation’s initiatives.
