Felixstowe Town Council

Overall Health of the Organisation’s Estate

Felixstowe Town Council currently has a stable estate with no open issue reports, indicating effective management in that regard. However, there has been no resolution of issues in the last 30 days, which suggests a potential stagnation in addressing any outstanding concerns. The total outstanding tasks across the two owned things stand at 2, which may require attention to ensure they do not accumulate further.

Volunteer Base Status

The volunteer base appears to be quite thin, with only 1 distinct volunteer active in the last 30 days. This limited engagement could impact the maintenance and oversight of the council’s assets. Additionally, the total follower count across the owned things is low at 4, and while there are 2 adopters, this suggests that community involvement is not thriving.

Actionable Suggestions

To enhance the health of the organisation, it is recommended to actively recruit more volunteers and encourage community members to adopt responsibilities for the council’s assets. Additionally, setting a regular review schedule for outstanding tasks could help ensure that they are addressed promptly.
